10-Minute Breast Cancer Lymphatic Strength and Cardio Exercise Routine: By A Physical Therapist

This 10minute, strength and cardio exercise routine can be followed along after breast cancer treatment for lymphatic health or lymphedema. Breast cancer surgery with lymph nodes removed or radiation therapy can place someone at an increased risk for, or cause, lymphedema. This is an exercise routine to get muscles pumping to stimulate the lymphatic system, as well as strengthen and improve overall health. Breast cancer exercises should be gentle, and cleared by the doctor for safety, but are crucial to longterm function and quality of life.
