As of my last update in January 2022, Ford did not produce a single cab version of the F150 with allwheel drive (AWD). The F150 typically offers fourwheel drive (4WD) or rearwheel drive (RWD) configurations. However, there is no AWD option specifically for the single cab models.

Regarding the 10speed transmission, which is available in certain F150 models, here are some general specifications:
