This tutorial is made up of an accumulation of sparring footage of me sparring opponents at least 40 LBS heavier than me! Remember that these are just general strategies and if your opponent is more skilled than you, no matter their size, chances are you'll still lose but it will definitely decrease the amount of times you get hit!
