材料
排骨 700克
1湯匙 紹酒
2湯匙 糖
3湯匙 醋
4湯匙 生抽
5湯匙 水
薑、蒜 適量
做法
1⃣ 將排骨洗淨並晾乾水分煎至兩面金黃加入薑、蒜煎香。
2⃣倒入1湯匙紹酒2湯匙糖3湯匙醋4湯匙生抽和5湯匙水。
3⃣小火炆40分鐘即可。

Ingredients:
700g pork ribs
1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp soy sauce
5 tbsp water
Ginger and garlic, to taste
Cooking Directions:
1⃣ Wash and dry the pork ribs. Panfry them until golden brown on both sides, then add ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant.
2⃣ Pour in 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine, 2 tbsp of sugar, 3 tbsp of vinegar, 4 tbsp of soy sauce, and 5 tbsp of water.
3⃣ Simmer on low heat for 40 minutes. Serve hot.
