The Toyota Corolla spawned many MANY versions and different cars worldwide and is still made nearly 60 YEARS after it originally launched in 1966?

The version we’re looking at today is the 19831987 3 door hatchback also known as the internal chassis code AE86! Having 2 (4if you include the 2 door coupes!) distinct versions sold around the world, the AE chassis was sold as a basic low cost entry vehicle for many people. This was one of my personal favorite cars growing up and I always wanted one when I got older. Then Initial D happened and ruined my hopes of ever getting one of the best designed cars of all time!
