We are back with our Affordable Liveaboard Yacht Series and today we are taking you on a tour of a very popular model for Liveaboard Cruising: 1993 TOLLYCRAFT 44 CPMY Aft Cabin Cockpit Motor Yacht.
It has a lot of great features, such as a SplitFlybridge, a Cockpit, 2 Cabins with ensuites, Aft Cabin Master (you know how great those are), an Open floor plan with a great galley, and a good size engine room. I really enjoyed the bright and airy feel of the salon and the master.
If you find one of these in a good condition it would make definitely make a good liveaboard. She is currently listed for sale with Denison Yachting for $148,500.
One thing I forgot to mention in the video is that if you are thinking of buying a Boat to Live on, the LOA does matter. For example, in MDR lots of Marinas require a boat to be a minimum of 35ft to be approved for an Official Liveaboard. #PowerYacht #Tollycraft
