Q&A About Magdalene Moonrise Easter Celebration.

Why was the celebration so long (3 hours)? 
We in the western world have been reduced to advertising sound bites.  Indigenous cultures are use to have long extended ritual ceremonies and no one complains about the experience being long. Why? Because they understand what it takes to create a field of energy that feels sacred.  Once the field is created, everyone understands that the feeling of love in the field will strength and expand which is what everyone wants to experience it. They know that is the purpose of sharing, and everyone plays a part in creating the sacred ritual and that also takes time to create. We are here for love and joy.

How did the Magdalene Moonrise Easter Celebration come into existence? 
I, Priestess Christy Michaels, was given a vision that I was to create a live interactive ritual so that everyone partaking in the ritual would feel what it was like to experience everything Mary Magdalene did which led up to the Resurrection.  For 10 years we offered the 6 station ritual, switched to now offering at the end Gnostic Eucharist by Priestess Elizabeth Kelley of the Holy Order of Mary Magdalene along with anointings, healings and blessings at the various altars of love.
