आज मसाला किचन में बन रही हैं होली स्पेशल सूजी मावे की गुजिया रेसिपी | इस होली घर पर बनाये बिना साँचा, बिना चाशनी के बिल्कुल हलवाई जैसी खस्ता सूजी मावे की गुजिया | बिना चाशनी के गुजिया खस्ता गुजिया, चन्द्रकला, बेक्ड गुजिया, एक बार आपने ये स्वादिष्ट गुजिया बना ली तो बच्चे मांग मांग कर खाएंगे | खोये की गुजिया, ड्राई फ्रूट गुजिया, नारियल की गुजिया की रेसिपी को एक बार ज़रूर देखिये | मैदा गुजिया, आटा गुजिया, केसर गुजिया, खोया गुजिया, बिना मावा गुजिया, रवा गुजिया, नरम मावा गुझिया, होली वाली मावा गुजिया, बिना चाशनी, बिना मोल्ड गुजिया की रेसिपी आप मसाला किचन में देख सकते है | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी |

INGREDIENTS:
For Dough:
* AllPurpose Flour/Maida(मैदा) 2 Bowls/250 Gram
* Salt(नमक) 1 Pinch
* Ghee(घी) 1/4 Bowl
* Water(पानी) Less than 1/2 Bowl

For Filling:
* Ghee(घी) 1 Spoon
* Fine Semolina(बारीक सूजी) 3 Spoon
* Khoya/Mava(खोया/मावा) 1/4 Bowl/5060 Gram
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल का बुरादा) 5060 Gram
* Cashew Nuts(काजू)
* Almonds(बादाम)
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) 1 Tsp
* Raisins(किशमिश) 12 Spoon
* Sugar Powder/Jaggery Sugar(पीसी चीनी/गुड़ चीनी) 1/4 Bowl/6 Spoons
* Oil(तेल) For frying

RECIPE:
For Dough, Take a steel parat/thali, then put sieved AllPurpose Flour/Maida, a pinch of Salt, some Ghee in it & mix them all well. Add Water to it gradually & bind the tight dough. Cover it & keep it aside for 2025 minutes.
For Filling, keep the pan for heating, add some Ghee, some Dry Fruits like Almonds & Cashew Nuts to it. Roast them & take them out on a plate & finely chop them. In the same pan, add some Semolina & roast it first. then add some Khoya/Mawa, Desiccated Coconut & roast well. Then add some finely chopped Dry Fruits, Cardamom Powder, some Raisins to it. Mix well & keep it for cooling down. At last add, some Powdered Sugar, mix well & keep it aside.
For Gujiya, knead the Dough well, then cut it into equal pieces & roll it then put the filling in it. Apply some Water on the edges and cover it, press it properly. Make a design with a fork and the Gujiya will get ready. Make all the Gujiya in this way & keep Oil for heating then put the Gujiyas. Then fry them in the medium heated Oil until they get golden in color. In this way, SuperTasty Gujiya will be ready to Serve & Enjoy them.
