15 Minute Home Workout Using Car Tyre

If you don't have a lot of time to fit in a big workout every day, don't worry about it! Doing a little bit of high intensity activity is much better than none at all.

You don't need lots of fancy equipment to get some decent strength training either. In this video, I show you a full body workout using just an old car tyre. Anyone can get hold of a car tyre. I get mine for free from my local tyre shop. Just check for nails and make sure its fairly hard.

Because we are using a car tyre, outdoor space is needed. I am a huge advocate for outdoor exercise, so this is only a plus. You only need a small area outside. If you don't have a garden then any park or open field with public access is fine. It doesn't even have to be on grass as concrete works fine too. Just walk to your nearest open area with your tyre around your neck like a ridiculously heavy necklace and get going with this workout.

I suggest doing each exercise for 1 minute, but you can reduce this to 30 seconds if you prefer. If you do this, repeat each section once to give yourself a longer workout.

To extend the workout you can repeat each section as many times as you like. Good luck and have fun!
