You You will be practising asana (dynamic and static) and ancient pranayama series.
These morning yoga session will be helpful for all the seekers who wants to learn the ancient yogic method to keep the body and mind healthy and energetic throughout the day.

proper way of practising asana and pranayama
alignment of each asana practice
modification of practice according to individual
therapeutic asana according to your problems
teacher attention to individual student
shatkarma (yogic purification) such as neti practice
It will help you
calming your mind and develop the stability of thoughts
physical and mental health
spiritual growth
develop the habit of spiritual practises every morning
boost, stamina and develop strength and flexibility
feel free from sufferings, physical and mental
develop productivity
Class will be 4 times a week ( Monday to Thursday)
Recordings will be available as per need of an individual (if time doesn’t match for you)
