150 Calorie FroYo Pints || Homemade Ice Cream

In this video, we’ll use the Ninja Creami to make 3 yogurt based ice cream recipes. We’re making OREO, RED VELVET, and MOCHA FroYo Pints!

Each pint is UNDER 150 CALORIES with 18g of Protein!

Ingredients you’ll need:

VANILLA FROYO BASE:
170g (3/4 Cup) Greek Yogurt
60g (4 Tbs) SF Maple Syrup
10g (2 tsp) Vanilla Extract
300g (1 1/4 Cup) Almond Milk
Pinch of Salt

OREO FROYO:
Add 5g (1 Tbs) Black Cocoa Powder.

MOCHA FROYO:
Add 5g (1 Tbs) Dark Cocoa Powder and 5g (1 tsp) Instant Coffee dissolved in 2 Tbs of water.

RED VELVET FROYO:
Add 5g (1 tsp) Red Velvet Extract and optionally 5g (1 Tbs) Dark Cocoa Powder for more chocolate flavor.

18g Protein // 14g Carbs // 3g Fat
