This no repeats, all standing kettlebell workout has 10 of the best kettlebell exercises. Think of this as a "back to basics" workout, where we'll focus on classic strength training exercises, as well as talking through form cues so you can nail your squats, swings and deadlifts!

⭐ NO KETTLEBELL? NO PROBLEM. You can use one heavy dumbbell; follow along with Rachel (on the left in the video) if you have a dumbbell.
