16-Min Scoliosis-Friendly LOW IMPACT Full-Body Workout (BEGINNER)

Here's a full body beginner level workout designed for people with scoliosis and/or Scheuermann's Kyphosis... thanks to our subscriber for requesting this one!
Since these exercises are low impact and don't use any weights or resistance, these movements are also great for people who have had spinal surgery AND have been cleared by their surgeon to return to exercises.

We start with lower body movements using a chair as an available support, then we transition to upper body, core, then stretching.

Exercises:
1) Warm Up: Supported Squats
2) Warm Up: Supported Squats + Arm Raises
3) Warm Up: Calf Raises with Balance support
Repeat 1, 2, 3

4) Wall PushUps
5) High plank + sidetoside foot taps
6) High plank + shoulder taps
Repeat 4, 5, 6

7) Sitting + knee raises
8) Cool Down: sitting + arm sweeps + deep breaths
9) Cool down: sitting pigeon stretch
