170 Pound Weight Loss - What I Eat in a Day to Lose Weight - KETO DIET

I've lost 170 pounds with the keto diet. Several years ago I lost 100 pounds doing a low carb diet. I know this diet works. I have around 50 to 60 more to lose and I want to get that out of the way. I know the only way I will lose the weight is by sticking to a keto diet. That's what works for my body and what I feel the best on. I have EDS and with that comes chronic pain and chronic fatigue with head fog. My brain works best with a high fat diet.
