A new wave of Ukrainian cultural diaspora! Right now, there are numerous celebrities, semicelebrities, and quartercelebrities of draft age abroad who somehow crossed the border since the fullscale invasion began and are not returning, despite having the opportunity to do so.
We wondered how they explain their overseas presence to their fans and what justifies their actions. How do they communicate and rationalize their decisions?
