From Feb to June 2024, my client saw an increase of 187% in phone calls to their business from better Google My Business rankings. The metric I care about for local SEO is SoLV, which stands for share of local voice. The share of local voice metrics is the "map pack," which is in positions 13 and is shown on page 1 of Google for a local search. Getting your business to show up in position 13 gives it the best chance to get more phone calls, especially for users searching on mobile.
