✨THE WORKOUT: 18Minute Full Body Barre Workout✨

► EQUIPMENT:
Beginner: Use just your bodyweight.
Advanced: Add a set of light dumbbells, wrist weights or hand weights. I recommend 38 lbs.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
Follow along with the barre workout above. This full body barre class is structured like this:
✔ 6 Barre Moves
✔ 60 Seconds Per Exercise (flowing from one move to the next in a natural sequence, completing around 1012 reps per exercise)
✔ Repeat x2 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ Narrow Squat + Bicep Curl + Front Leg Lift
2⃣ Balance Wide Back Row + Rear Leg Lift
3⃣ Lunge + Front Raise + Front Kick
4⃣ First Position Squat + Single Arm Overhead Tricep Extension
5⃣ Weighted Plié + Toe Stand Jumps
6⃣ Push Up + Balance Side Plank
