A lot of you have been waiting for this house to be done and it is finally ready! We had some delays with a few of our subs taking much longer than normal. It was actually close to being done months ago.

This house was bought 6/22/2018 for $150,000 from the MLS. It was listed for $199,000 but we were able to negotiate more on this deal than any other in a while. It was an estate sale and I think they knew they were overpriced. We spent from $50,000 to $60,000 on the repairs which included plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, paint, flooring, kitchen, baths, fixtures and many little things.

The house will be listed for $267,900 and we will also have about $15,000 to $18,000 on financing, carrying, and selling costs. it should be a decent flip but took a very long time to complete.
