I bought this house about 7 months ago and we finally finished the repairs/renovations/restoration on it. The house was built in 1918 and had many original features. We tried to save as much as we could but ended up replacing the wiring, plumbing, roof, baths, paint, and most fixtures. We were able to refinish the hardwood and touch up most of the original wood trim.

We spent at least $80,000 on the rehab, I bought it for $178,000, and we have $20,000 or more in carrying costs and selling costs. It is not a great flip numberswise, but I knew that when I bought it. I had never restored a house like this in the past and I made an emotional purchase. Hopefully, it will sell close to its list price of $338,900.
