This vintage Briggs small engine was on an edger. I have no idea when it last ran, but when I got it, the engine was seized, there was no oil, and the block was full of water. I fully disassemble the engine, clean everything up, hone the cylinder, replace the parts that cannot be salvaged (notably the piston and rings), and reassembly everything.
