In the past few months driving along the dirt roads here in Alberta, I hit something and it punctured a hole in my driver's side muffler. While new mufflers are only about $50 a piece, these units still have some life in them so a $5 patch panel and a bit of work should have us good as new.

This video covers the fabrication and installation of a patch panel. If required in the future I can take off the patch and use some muffler cement to seal it completely, but this should repair the awful noise.

This LT1 car has true dual exhaust so this muffler handles the driver's side exhaust off the engine.
