INGREDIENTS:
* Taro Root Leaves/Arbi(अरबी के पत्ते) 810 Pieces
* Gram Flour(बेसन) 2 Cup
* Rice Flour(चावल का आटा) 1/2 Cup
* Ginger(अदरक) 23 Inch
* Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) 34
* Garlic(लहसुन) 810
* Water(पानी) Some
* Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर) 1/2 Tsp
* White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) 1 Tbsp
* Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) 1 Tsp
* Salt(नमक) As Per Taste
* Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) 1 Tbsp
* Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) Less than 1/2 Tsp
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) 1 Tbsp
* Tamarind & Jaggery Chutney(इमली और गुड़ की चटनी) 3 Tbsp
* Hot Oil(गरम तेल) 2 Tbsp
* Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) 1/4 Tsp
* Water(पानी) As Required

For Tadka:
* Oil(तेल) 1 Tsp
* Mustard Seeds(राई) 1/2 Tsp
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) 1/2 Tbsp
* Curry Leaves(कढ़ी पत्ता) Some
* White Sesame Seeds(सफेद तिल) 1/2 Tsp
* Asafoetida/Hing Powder(हींग पाउडर) 2 Pinch
* Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) Some
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) Some
* Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) Some

RECIPE:
Take some Taro root/Arbi Leaves, wash them thoroughly and pat dry with a dry towel. Cut the central stem and remove its stiff membranes using a knife. Then roll them with the rolling pin.
In a mixer grinder, take some Ginger, Green Chilli, Garlic & some Water. Grind well and make a liquid paste.
In a bowl take some Gram Flour by sieving it. Add some Rice Flour, ground Paste, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, White Sesame Seeds, Carom Seeds, Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Tamarind & Jaggery Chutney, Hot Oil & Baking Soda. Mix well with the whisker by gradually adding Water. Place a Taro Root Arbi leaf on a large plate with the smooth part of the leaf facing downwards. Spread the Batter generously on the top of the entire leaf. Place another leaf on top of it and repeat the procedure with 56 Leaves by arranging them one above the other as shown in the video. Fold the ends from both sides & roll them from one end. Repeat the same for all the leaves. Heat water in a steamer and steam the prepared Arbi leaves for about 1012 minutes on high flame. Then take it out from the steamer & keep it cool to room temperature & cut them into slices using a sharp knife.
For Tadka, keep the pan fOil, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Asafoetida/Hing Powder & saute well. Then keep the steamed Leaves in the pan & shallow fry them until they get crispy & golden in color. At last, put some Lemon Juice & garnish with Desiccated Coconut & Coriander Leaves. Serve with Gr
