This video features the mixed freight train CSX Q61414 and it tells the strange story of the intermodal CSX Q19415. Q194 was stopped by the police at Howie Siding, because there was an incident with people involved, who were near the track when the train passed. As far as I can tell, nothing seriously happened, but Q194 got substantially delayed. Both engines of Q194 were brand new tier 4 GEVO ET44AH engines (CSXT # 3302 leading, # 3280 trailing).
