There are many acupuncture and acupressure points for a good night's sleep and to combat insomnia. HT 7 is one of the most used acupuncture point for insomnia by acupuncturists. But When someone is tired but can't sleep, we need to lift the physical energy and calm their mind at the same time: DU 20 (GV20) and KD 1 are the best combo for insomnia.
