This summer we had a romantic stay at the beautiful Quinta Da Gricha Vineyard. Located in the heat of the Douro Valley, Portugal. For us it was the most romantic weekend getaway we have ever had.

The Douro Valley is arguably the best wine region in all of Portugal and Quinta Da Gricha boasts isolation in a good way. An hour from the nearest town, hidden in the Douro Valley. This romantic weekend getaway in Portugal is a must for couples who needs a detox from the world around them and reconnect with each other.

Read by the pool, wine tasting for lunch, take jeep tour around the vineyard at sunset, have breakfast on the balcony with undisturbed sounds of nature. This video only shows a glimpse of our entire romantic weekend getaway in the Douro Valley.
