Welcome back to another video! It has been quite a while since I last uploaded, but hopefully this build will make up for it! This is part 1 of a 2 part speed build. In this video, I build the first half of a 2 plot Hogwarts! I made another Hogwarts speed build a bit over a year ago, but since then, many new features have come out which allow for more detailed buildings to be created. As well as that, I got plenty of feedback on the last video which I wanted to incorporate!

The game passes needed for this build are: Advanced Placement, Basements, Large Plot, and Multiple Floors. The plot value of the left plot is $1.8M, with a plot data of 99%. The plot value of the right plot is $1.7M, with a plot data of 95%. This means that whole build has a total value of $3.5M, and a plot data of 194%.

This video is sped up to 400% (4x the original speed), so if you are planning to build along, feel free to set the speed to 0.25! As well as that, if you are building along, I would suggest watching both videos the whole way through first, as I do end up changing a few things later on down the track (the main one being the location of the common rooms).
