First, Henry talks about the buy and hold goldmine of a town with lowpriced homes, strong rents, and sizable cash flow. Plus, with “opportunistic rehabs,” Henry is seeing his cash flow explode with some basic home renovations. Next, for the passive investors, Dave talks about a syndication deal that’s so good it’s giving him bonus distributions! With many passive investments seeing poor returns this year, Dave may make it rich with this historically relevant real estate market.
