INGREDIENTS:
* Semolina (सूजी/रवा) 2 bowl
* Lukewarm milk (गुनगुना दूध) 1 +1/4 cup
* Ghee (घी) 1/4 cup
* Sugar powder/Tagar (शक्कर बूरा/तगार) 1 bowl
* Desiccated coconut (नारियल बुरादा)
* Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) 1 tsp
* Cashew nuts (काजू)
* Almonds (बादाम)
* Raisins (किशमिश)
* Pistachio (पिस्ता)

RECIPE:
In a bowl,put some Semolina,add Lukewarm Milk in it gradually then cover it & keep it for 30 mins.Then make flat tikki from the mixture & shallow fry them in a pan.
Roast some Cashew Nuts,Almonds & Raisins & keep them for cooling down then chop them finely.
Grind the fried Sooji tikki when they cool down.Take pauses while grinding.Take out the ground mixture in a bowl,add Sugar Powder,ground Dry Coconut,Cardamom Powder,chopped Dry Fruits & some Ghee.Then mix them all & make the Laddoo.In this way,Super Delicious Laddoo will get ready easily at home.
