I bought the Xiaomi M365 (not pro version) in November 2018 and have used to get to and from work every day (before covid) and to pick up groceries. It's been a solid scooter but the battery life has gotten worse over time and the tires are prone to flats in the city.

Good handling
Good battery to begin, but degrades over time
Good reliability (survived getting hit by a car at 15 mph)

Battery degrades over time
Wheels are prone to flats and difficult to change
Fender falls off after a while
