Get ready to build strength and burn fat with this complete 20minute home dumbbell workout! This quick and effective full body routine is perfect for anyone looking to get in a great workout in just a short amount of time. Grab your dumbbells and let's get to work!

Here are the exercises and format for todays workout:

0:31 1. Db Alternating Reverse Lunges
1:31 2. Db Renegade Rows
2:31 3. Db Chest Fly's
3:31 4. Db RDL's
4:31 5. Db Crunches

You'll be doing each exercise for 40 seconds, followed by a 20 second rest and transition period. You'll repeat this circuit 3 times and then move onto the next set of exercises, which are...

16:31 7. Bicycle Crunches
17:31 8. Skier Swings
18:31 9. Mt Climbers
1931 10. Db Push Presses

You'll be doing each of these exercises for 40 seconds, followed by a 20 second rest and transition period. Try to the push intensity on these exercises and make it suck a little bit. Once you've finished all 5 exercises in this set, the workout is complete!
