Hey everyone! Today's workout is a 20 min standing knee friendly HIIT with no repeat exercises. It's been a bit since I've done a workout exactly like this and you all seem to love them so I thought it was long overdue :) This low impact cardio workout is a true knee friendly hiit workout with no squats, no lunges, and no jumping. As always, I feel like my no repeat workouts FLY BY and I think that's the case with this one too!
As I say in the intro, go as fast as you are able to! I go at a moderate speed during this all standing workout but you can go faster or slower than me if you need!
