This 20 min yoga class is great for all levels and especially for beginner yogis. It's almost entirely seated stretches on your mat so you can decompress your body and mind.

This yoga for stress relief class is great for beginner yoga or those who just need an easy, relaxing class to decompress after a workout or a long work day. I often visit these yoga poses when I have a stiff body, stiff legs, or tight chest in order to get some tension relief and calm my nervous system. We'll get into all these areas with this sore body yoga class for a nice full body stretch.

Remember to breath and release any clenching in your body throughout the entirety of this class to truly reap the benefits and melt into a more calm and content version of yourself.
