2 Rounds of Full Body Compound Moves : Each round targets upper body, core, and lower body.
5Minute CoolDown: Stretch and relax after your workout.

Each Round Includes:
2 Exercises Upper Body
2 Exercises Abs/Obliques
2 Exercises Lower Body

Remember:

Listen to your body and choose appropriate weights.
Maintain proper form throughout the exercises.
Aim for 2 workouts per week for optimal results.
