We have united South Asian women from across the United States to address an issue we see back home. We hope you support us whether it be sharing this video, donating to KhalsaAid, or messaging us other ways you would like to support we cannot do this alone.

Whenever I travel home to India, I’m reminded of what makes it home the people, the love, and the passion my family there has always had for giving all they are given to others. But lately, my family along with many other families across India have not been able to be comfortable, safe, healthy, among so much more let alone, be able to continue doing what has always drawn me to my home in a special way.

In a country with over 70% of the population connected to the agricultural or allied sectors, the past few weeks have been increasingly difficult with farmer suicide rates on the rise and extreme violence in the face of peaceful protests. It is time things change. Injustice anywhere has and will always be a threat to justice everywhere. #WeStandWithFarmers
