Hi everyone, thank you for 20:09 of your time. In this video we restore and upgrade the Asus Republic of Gamers G71G, early ASUS ROG from 2009. I'm very glad because after years I have chance to restore one of my favorite models from back then. Current specs are: Core 2 Quad Q9000, 256bit 1GB GDDR3 GTX 260M, 6GB DDR2 RAM, 1TB QVO Samsung SSD. The new battery is okay, keeps about 1 hour and 30 minutes under average to high use. I cannot expect a lot because these are old batteries that spend a lot of time somewhere in warehouse.
