This is a video on how to replace rusted in front struts. Rusted in so bad that 1 out of 3 mounting bolts on the top had to be cut well enough to be snapped off. The saw was also used to remove the link tying the front sway bar to the hub assembly arm. Over all, this really took me and my son 6 hours to remove, replace and install new struts, strut mounting tops, and new sway bar links. This was not an easy project in anyway. He will need to replace the front hub assemblys and one of the front hub bearings since the other front hub bearing gave out 2 hours before arriving on a cross country trip to Oregon to pick up a bed camper. Front shocks are by Bilstein bought from RockAuto on line for $375. Links, I do not know what the cost was for the after market part. Shock tower mounts by KYOB were purchased at Auto Zone, they happen to have a set in stock, I think around $75.
