We did our first motor oil change & engine flush on Tania's 2017 Mercedes Benz E300. We also treated the fuel system with AMSOIL Pi Performance improver fuel treatment that cleans the direct injection fuel injection carburetors and the carbon deposits out of the combustion chamber. AMSOIL classic European 5W40 100% synthetic motor oil is what we used.
