Grand Design has a reputation of having the best customer service. The Solitude is the top of the line of Grand Design RV’s. We love our Solitude 310GK. Last spring we traveled to many of the national parks out west. The length is just one inch under 35 feet and our solar and large battery bank allowed us to camp in primitive sites with no hookups, avoiding crowded rv parks. We carry one 50 lb Honda generator just for peace of mind. Our solar setup provides us with enough power to watch TV, use the microwave, Ninja grill, coffee maker, toaster, charge up phones and computers and run the gas heater all night. The next day the sun would bring the batteries back up to 100%.
