After nine years, my homebuilt seaplane is only 99% built... still a lawn ornament and not a plane. But now I have the time (well, not really much time at all), a bit of an opportunity and most importantly, I have a plan. Not just to finish the build, but also to get it into the air and onto the water; exploring the Salish Sea and seeing how many of the supposed 32 lakes in the area are seaplane friendly. Did I mention that I don't even have a pilot's license currently? But hey, I have a plan, sort of...
