Our 2023 Sierra Adventure starts our conquest of the northern portion of the JMT. In this section we will hike 70+ miles of trail. We
start at North Lake Trailhead and come in over Piute pass, and end our journey at Red's Meadow. Along the way we will cross country to Packsaddle lake, wander off trail to a couple other epic camping spots, and hit the well known Marie Lake and Lake Virginia. We battled mosquitos, high winds, and injuries, but completed our goal.
