The 2024 GWM Tank 700 is a sight to behold and exudes a similar arrogant authority to the MercedesBenz GClass with its big, bold design.

But hidden beneath the large offroad SUV’s edgy exterior design is one of the most luxurious automotive interiors you’ll find on the planet, with not just two but four heated, cooled, poweradjustable and massaging armchairs.

Festooned with huge highdefinition digital screens and acres of Nappa leather, it’s not just a lavish lounge room on wheels, since the Tank 700 also offers with triple locking diffs, high and low gear ratios, 12 terrain modes and even an electronically disconnecting sway bar like the Toyota LandCruiser!

Powered by a thumping 3.0litre turbopetrol V6based hybrid powertrain, this 3.1tonne leviathan belts out an impressive 380kW and 800Nm yet can also drive up to 90km in EV mode thanks to its plugin hybrid tech.
