@Mazdausa 's CX30 is a great all around vehicle and solves many of the interior packaging concerns with the lower riding Mazda3 hatch. It rides better than the 3, with just a smidge of reduced handling performance, and the backseat is not claustrophobic and is decent to sit in. Standard AWD and decent fuel economy, make this a hit for Mazda. So the turbo version should make it better, right? Of course it does, but unlike the enthusiast focused Mazda3 Turbo, the turbo here is just icing on the cake. The non turbo 30 is so good that here the expense and fuel economy of the turbo is questionable. Is it fun? Absolutely....but with its small fuel tank, be prepared to stop at the gas station quite a bit.
