Alex Bowman holds off Joey Hand and Tyler Reddick to snap an 80race winless streak with his first road/street course win in the second street course race in Chicago for the NASCAR Cup Series.

The original race distance was 75 laps, however the race was red flagged on lap 26 for over an hour because of heavy rain and shortened due to darkness as the race was timed to end at 8:20 p.m. CDT with one lap after the set time. Because of that, 58 laps (127.6 mi, 205.352 km) were completed out of the originally scheduled 75 laps.
