air temp ~60°F, water temp ~42°F. didnt see much at dawn but the morning pulse must have kicked in and a friend called to let me know point had some decent size to it for the day. wasnt prepared and just ran down with my midlength which actually worked really well for these waves. paddle out was super easy each time, light wind, warm air, fun waves, fabulous morning to surf freshwater for sure.
