The Tasman is launching in 2025 in select global markets, but we still don't know if it's coming to the U.S. or not.

Kia reiterated that the 2025 Kia Tasman Pickup will first go on sale in Korea, Australia, Africa and the Middle East, and the wrap, designed by Australian and New Zealand artist Richard BoydDunlop, is its "Australianinspired" persona.

Well, according to Kia, the name comes from the Tasman Sea which sits between Australia and New Zealand. The name is also a homage to Abel Tasman who discovered Australia's island state that now bears the name Tasmania.

The 2025 Kia Tasman Pickup features an EV9inspired front fascia with vertical LED daytime running lights and eyecatching LED headlights.
