After about 8 months of sitting, I finally carved some time to wrench on the kart and get the new chain put on and aligned and get the electric start and kill switch wired up through the factory Zircon/carbide wiring harness, so that I can still use the original key and kill switch just like it was with the GY6.

I also wanted to wire up the voltage regulator but ended up not being sure how to wire it correctly and ran out of time on that. Then we took the kart for a rip and got around 45 minutes of fun until we realized we lost all power and after checking the battery we realized the battery went bad. Got a new one on order that will arrive tomorrow and well be back to rippin grass and burning gas baby!
