Melt 30 grams of butter in a pan with vegetable oil. Dissolve 2 tablespoons of sugar in the butter. Peel and slice 2 apples. Fry in the butter with sugar. Add cinnamon.
Dough:
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
10g baking powder
pinch of salt
30g vegetable oil
150g sour cream
150g flour
Pour the dough over the apples, level it out, cover, and fry on low heat for 1015 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry. Flip and fry uncovered for another 5 minutes. Enjoy your meal!
