What a perfect day for a speed session on the trails! Today's workout was a 2km interval session on the trail road, despite the muddy terrain from last night's rain. But I was stoked to get out there and tackle it the soft road surface was a welcome change of pace.
The slope terrains and corners added an extra layer of excitement and challenge to the run. This training session was all about efficiency and form, not just speed. I maintained a steady pace, focusing on sustainability rather than going all out.
It's all about progress, not perfection. I've still got a lot to work on, but no pressure! Just taking it one step at a time.
