Symptom #1: Unnatural curve. Curve to the left, to the right, or even 90degree penis curvature or just 15degree penis curvature upon erection.

Symptom #2: Plaques & Scar Tissue. Dense tissue. You can test that for yourself by taking your two fingers and feeling the spongiosum, the shaft. You need to pinch it together and look for flexibility.
If you do not feel an area that's flexible and it is dense, then that's a dense tissue, that part of your penis will not be filled up with blood resulting in a curved erection.

Symptom #3: Painful erections. Peyronie's patients typically do not have pain when flaccid, but upon erection, when the blood is flowing there might not be symmetrical expansion because of the dense tissue.
