INGREDIENTS for a 20 cm diameter mold:
150 g of rolled oats or flakes (1 + 1/2 cup).
120 g of sugar (3/5 cup).
90 gr of refined corn flour, cornstarch, starch or cornstarch (3/4 cup).
Optional: Candy to decorate and extract essence or vanilla aroma.

120 g of butter (3/4 cup).
100 g of plain sugar (1/2 cup).
100 g of brown sugar (1/2 cup).
1 Egg size L.
10 ml of vanilla essence, extract or aroma (1 tablespoon).
1 pinch of salt.
10 g of baking powder or baking powder (1 tablespoon).
160 gr of flour (1 + 1/4 cup).
90 gr of rolled oats (1 cup).
40 dried grated coconut (1/3 cup).
